The brutal repressions of the citizens in the city of Benghasi increased the number to 200 casualties. Now there are rumours about the future of Muammar Gadhafi , son of the dictator, Saif el Gadhafi , that appeared on television to give a grim speech saying that rivers of blood could run through the country if the manifestations do not end.

Muammar admitted the excessive use of violence to stop the riots; however, the army is not used to this kind of situation. Muammar revealed that the administration is performing several changes in the region while understanding the manifestations. Muammar has brought a phantom that threaten a civil war. With a threatening tone, the young Gadhafi , informed that the government would not allow any rebellion.

Muammar did not hesitate to blame other countries for the events currently happening in Benghazi and Baida; such cities have become the centre of riots. Against the manifestations, Gadhafi responded by saying that the country has two choices either they act together and use the opportunity to introduce new reforms or it will succumb to chaos.
