Germany offers work for Ecuadorian health professionals

In Germany there is a shortage of personnel in all areas, this is caused by several factors, one of them is the aging of the population. The figures on the demographic evolution in the country are alarming; there is a decrease in the population of 1.7%. In 2020, of the 80 million Germans, 30% were 60 years of age or older. This phenomenon is reflected in the existence of jobs for people who have retired and are ready to be filled by international staff.
Those selected will be able to access a contract of up to two years.
In the specific case of health personnel, in Germany there are about 2,000 hospitals and 315,000 nurses and nursing assistants. Salaries in the nursing sector have also increased by more than the national average in other professions. The average salary of 3,392 euros gross (before taxes) corresponds approximately to the average of all professions, thus becoming an attractive offer for professionals in this branch.
