Government majority expects to approve the amendments in one day

The plenary of the Assembly will be installed from 07:00 am to process in the second debate the draft amendments to the Constitution with the aim of enacting them.

The session will begin with the observation of the quorum, the singing of the National Anthem and the reading of the report. The Assembly has 137 legislators, and in order to adopt the amendments, 92 votes are required.

The majority report for the second debate that will be read has 116 pages; the Annexes, the sections and the systematization of observations add up a total of 200 pages.
