Government requested a list of the military men that left during the speech of the Ecuadorian President

José María Egas Eguez, the sub-secretary of the Cabinet of Ministry of Defence, requested to the Chief of the Joint Command, the Vice Admiral Oswaldo Zambrano, a list of the military men that left during the speech provided by Rafael Correa, during the ceremony in honor of the National Army Day.

A group of retired military, that were assisting the ceremony, left while Rafael Correa was speaking regarding the 41 million dollas in debt from the accounts of the Social Security Institute of the Armed Forces, for an alleged premium paid to ISSFA when buying the land where the Samanes Park was built, in Guayaquil.
