Government team with new staff

Through an executive order, President Rafael Correa appointed on last Friday as new Foreign Trade Minister to Francisco Rivadenira, who was already standing out as deputy minister in that institution, which until last Wednesday, was part of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and is now a separate entity.

Another announced change is that of Maria Isabel Salvador, former head of the diplomatic mission to the Organization of American States (OAS) and who now chair the Governing Council of Galapagos.
More changes:
- The Secretary of the Administration, Vinicio Alvarado, was appointed Minister of Tourism, as Freddy Ehlers replacement.
- The Department of Administration will be assumed by Cristian Castillo, who is presidential adviser.
- At the Ministry of Justice, Johana Pesantez will be replaced by Lenin Lara, Assemblyman of Alianza Pais for Emeraldas.
