Guayaquil proposes tourists new land routes in South America
The most populated city in Ecuador, Guayaquil, expand its horizons in terms of new land connections with other South American countries. That’s why now it offers to its users the chance to travel to different destinations such as Santiago, Buenos Aires, Lima, Sao Paulo, Cali or Caracas.
Transport companies currently offer service with buses equipped with bed-style seating, wireless internet, movies, music, air conditioning or heating, bathroom, food, among others. These companies have daily schedules as also weekly, direct or with connections but in lower costs compared to costs of air tickets. Many of the tours can last more than a day and in some cases, includes stopping in some cities.
Tourist Cooperatives as CIVA, Super Semería, Southern Cross and, CIFA have routes to Lima, Tumbes and Piura, with prices starting at $ 8.25.
Other companies like International Express Ormeño includes cities such as Lima ($ 120 round trip), Santiago ($ 205), La Paz ($ 155), Bogotá ($ 95), Caracas ($ 140), and Buenos Aires or Sao Paulo ($ 305).
In Rutas de America you can travel to Cali ($ 50), Caracas ($ 175) and Lima ($ 85). From here you can make connections in Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Bolivia and Brazil.
