Water suspensions in Guayaquil, scheduled today between 20:00 and 18:00 tomorrow, could be extended according to the dealership manager.

In a previous inspection, a fissure of 4 meters was found and ordered to be fixed. This arrangement could lead to the outage time was lengthened in the case of needing a complete change of the pipe.

If the shortage is prolonged after 22 hours (until 4:00 am), the dealership said that about 40 vehicles tankers (20 in the north and 20 in the south) will travel free of charge as a contingency plan.
