President Hugo Chavez fulfilled today his fourth month of operation of the cancer that assails him in La Habana, Cuba, has not communicated by phone or social networks, as it did in the past. Chavez was supposed to be sworn yesterday for his 2013-2019 period, but a court judgment justified the continuation of Chavez as president despite his physical absence.

Unlike other stages of convalescence, when he communicated by telephone, TV a virtual appearance in social networks like Twitter, however this time Chavez has been surrounded by the silence and uncertainty about his condition.

According to the opposition the Venezuelan President himself could not sign a letter sent to the Assembly Government, in which Nicolas Maduro announced that Chavez may not take his oath on Thursday, January 10, because his recovery will require more time.
