IESS plans purchase of medicines

The Board of the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security (IESS) met yesterday in Riobamba to plan the purchase of medicines for the 2015-2016 period.

Hugo Villacrés, Head of the body, made ​​the announcement via Twitter.

In one of the graphs that the authority shared in the social network is shown a slide of results, which shows a review of medicine prices initially assigned to the 771 that make up he principal graphic.

According to this graph, the costs of 625 drugs were taken from the list of reference prices of the Ministry of Public Health and 71 of the awarded in emergency procedures.

The remaining values ​​were taken from reference prices, from domestic auction and past imports.
