Through a letter circulating on social networks, Paúl Ceglia, who is required by the US justice system for a countersuit by Mark Zuckerberg for Facebook rights and is in Ecuador, offered President Lenín Moreno 100% of the money I managed to recover the case for the construction of schools, universities and hospitals, in exchange for not being extradited.
Céglia has lived in Ecuador for three years. In August 2018, the Ecuadorian authorities arrested him in Ballenita and, in November, the Court approved his extradition from Ecuador in this case.
Roberto Calderón, one of Ceglia’s lawyers, assured that the last word on the situation of the American will be the president of Ecuador, Lenin Moreno. Therefore, in a letter circulating on social networks, signed by Ceglia and addressed to the President and the National Court of Justice, he states that he has the right to more than 80% of the Facebook Corporation.
“I hope that in the world there can be justice and I, in freedom, could recover what belongs to me; this time not for me, but to reduce poverty through social work in the country, “the letter says.
To do this, he offered Ecuador 100% of the money he manages to recover from the case for the construction of schools, universities and hospitals, in exchange for not being extradited.
The lawyer of Ceglia recalled that “in the matter of extradition, the last word has the Executive for being a sovereign decision of the States and for being, the handling of foreign policy, one of the functions of the executive power.” (I)
