ILO mission arrives today to Ecuador
Today is expected that a mission of the International Labour Organization (ILO) arrives to the country in order to analyze the employment situation of Ecuador.
Technicians will held from today until January 30, 2015 a tour through several institutions where they will gather with different sectors such as workers, employers and government.
At 17:00 is expected a meeting with unions, with the participation of members of the Unitary Workers Front (FUT for its Spanish acronym), the Public International Services (ISP for its Spanish acronym), the Inter Standing Committee, etc.
According to a press release from the unions, in these meetings workers are expected to provide information on complaints concerning violations of labor rights, particularly in the public sector.
