Javier Bardem received a star on the Walk of Fame

Besides being considered “the perfect villain” for its antagonistic role in the James Bond saga “Skyfall”, Spanish actor Javier Bardem received his own star on the famous Walk of Fame in Hollywood (Los Angeles, California), just one year after his wife, Penelope Cruz received hers.

Bardem, winner of an Oscar, a Golden Globe, five Goya awards and a BAFTA, celebrated the delivery of his star, number 2484 in the Hollywood Walk of Fame, at the doors of the Great Captain Theatre, same stage where the Oscar award ceremony is performed annually.

Bardem dedicated the star to his family, friends and professional colleagues li director Juan José Bigas (Jamon, Jamon – 1992), and Julian Schnabel (Antes que Anochezca – 2001).
