Jorge Glas Viejo Did Not Attend the Paternity Test

Judge for Children, Martha Guerrero, established that last Thursday, September 27, blood samples be take (for a paternity test) of Jorge Heriberto Glas Viejo, 72, and the child of eight-months, son of a minor that assures to have been raped by Glas Viejo.
The date was yesterday at 09:00 (GMT) in the building of the Red Cross of Guayas. Around 8:30 (GMT) the mother and the teenager arrived to submit to the test. The husband of the mother and two babies accompanied them, along with their sponsoring attorneys: Cesar Neira, Martha Bravo and Pedro Granja.
However the defendant sued for paternity and the food, which currently faces a criminal process as an alleged rapist, did not attended the appointment. Around 09:00 (GMT) Hugo Chacon, an alleged doctor sent by the Transitional Judicial Council (CJT for its Spanish acronym), judge Guerrero requested his presence since August 31. Chacon stated that the blood samples could not be taken because there was a paper missing. AV
