The Ecuadorian singer Juan Fernando Velasco reissues his album Misquilla, after three years of having presented it as well as a new version of Amor peregrino, which he now plays with the Argentine Noel Schajris.
This production returns to the scene in order to support the Fundación El Triángulo, a non-profit organization that currently serves more than 160 children with intellectual disabilities.
Misquilla (sweet) was recorded at the Capitol Studios in Los Angeles (USA), with symphonic arrangements and had the collaboration of Gilberto Santa Rosa, Andrés Cepeda, Samo, Américo, India Martínez, Kany García, Gaby Moreno, José Luis Rodríguez and Lila Downs.
Velasco plans to meet with Colombians Piso 21, for their new material. (I)
