Judge authorized the release of information sent by the United States on the Odebrecht case

The judge of the National Court of Justice, Miguel Jurado, approved the recognition, and release of the information the United States sent to Ecuador on the Odebrecht case. Court order of Friday, September 22, 2017, states that the data is contained in a white CD, series No. N113UC06D8061021B1, with the Ecuador caption.

According to the official document, for the fulfillment of this diligence “the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic and the law, under the strict responsibility of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, shall be taken into account.” (I)
