Judge Froze $2´8 Millions of Guayas Provincial Council

Vicente Leon Castro, temporal Judge V of Work ordered this last Friday the retention of $2´800,000 of the Consejo Provincial del Guayas. During the trial the judge issued the payment to 1.300 former employees of the Council, who were fired ill timed.

Prefect Jimmy Jairala gave the news yesterday after submitting his version before the Public District Ministry under the claim that malfeasance brought against the judge. “There isn’t a single dollar to invest.” Jairala added.
