Julio Cesar Quinonez: law complements the ‘fight’ against invasions

The Technical Secretary of Prevention of Irregular Settlements, Julio Cesar Quinonez, considers that the adoption of a law on land-use planning will be a complement in the “fight against invasions” undertaken by the Government.

The Corporation prepares a draft on the issue that still does not provide the Asamblea. Quinonez estimates that will do so “in a few days”.

In fact the draft that studies the autonomous governments of the Assembly Commission justified with the following argument two institution-building. One of the transitory specifies that human settlements regularization will continue to be governed by the Cootad.
