Lady Gaga Is Sued on the charge of Plagiarism

Flamboyant singer Lady Gaga was charged today by the U.S. federal court for alleged plagiarism of the “Judas” song.

The plaintiff is Rebecca Francescatti, who claims that retains much resemblance with a song of her called Juda, launched in 1999.

“Although the songs have different styles, the composition is the same and the choruses have the same melody.”

Christopher Niro, Francescatti attorney is conducting a research work with various musicologists, as part of a pretrial investigation, to examine the structure tonal melody.

The problem would be that Bryan Gaynor, a sound engineer who worked with Francescatti in 2005 to re-record and mix Judah, is currently working for the music company were Gaga recorded her latest album Born This Way. (BG)
