Last U.S. Troops Left Iraq

The last U.S. troops left Iraq today and head to Kuwait, said the official al-Iraqiya television.

An international coalition led by the U.S. and the UK, invaded Iraq on March 20, 2003 to topple Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein, which marked the beginning of a war that over the years has claimed the lives of 100 000 civilians and more than 4 000 400 American soldiers.
