Lenin Moreno offers openness and transparency to the press

Posted On 30 May 2017
EcuadorNews:
President Lenin Moreno described his first conversation with the national press as the beginning of a fluid, fresh and understanding relationship. He hopes to maintain that tone, within the framework of tolerance and mutual respect.
He announced that he and his Cabinet will be held accountable. His ministers and secretaries shall schedule visits to the media to report on their management, an activity he called “obligatory.”
Every Monday, at 20:00, a report will be released to the Nation (from 10 to 15 minutes).
