Liga de Quito Champion 2010

Liga de Quito crowned champion 2010 in the Ecuadorian football tournament.

The decisive match was played today at 16:00 in the Capwell Stadium against Emelec.

At the beginning of the game Liga was dedicated to defend, and Emelec was not well defined. But the electric in the second half came more motivated; David Quiroz scored a goal that opened the hopes of the electrical team, who needed a score of 3-0 to be champions.

The aggregate score was 2-1 in favor of the white team.

Emelec coach Jorge Luis Sampaoli left the stage completely baffled, “Liga has dedicated to waste time in the second half,” he said.
