Maná Controversial Debate on Drugs

Through a press conference convened by the Mexican rock band, Maná, it presents their latest music video “True love forgives,” they expressed their interest in opening a debate on the possible legalization of marijuana.

This appeal to Mexican government aims to provide a prompt solution for Mexico regarding the drug trafficking.

Lead singer, Fher Olvera, said they do not agree “with the indiscriminate use” of drugs, but consider that the legalization of marijuana as a “solution to the drug problem” that Mexico is suffering. (BG)
