Medical Report Confirms Rape in the Strauss-Kahn Case

The medical report of Nafissatou Diallo, the maid of the Sofitel New York who accused the former IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn of sexual agression.
Doctors at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in Manhattan concluded that Diallo was assaulted and raped on May 14, the day of the alleged agression in the room of DSK.
In addition, the report includes details Diallo gave doctors: “A naked man with white hair closed the door and pushed her onto the bed” and later he sexually assaulted her down the hall. The last page of the medical report described that the victim suffered trauma on the vaginal area. Strauss-Kahn has always ensured it was a consensual encounter.
Last week, Diallo initiated a civil suit against Strauss-Kahn.
