Ministry of Culture and Heritage grants $ 300 thousand to Biennial of Cuenca
Minister of Culture and Heritage Guillaume Long ratified the entity to the International Biennial of Cuenca, in its thirteenth edition, with a contribution of $ 300 000 aimed mainly at training processes prior to the event scheduled for 2016.
