Murderers of Karina del Pozo must pay $ 20,000

The Seventh Criminal Court of Pichincha reported that the three men responsible for the death of Karina del Pozo, in addition to being sentenced to 25 years in prison, must pay, each, the amount of $ 20,000 as compensation to the family of the victim.

The morning of February 20, 2013, after a week of searching, it was found the body of Karina in Llano Chico, northeast of Quito, with signs of torture and sexual assault.
