Roberto Guevara, president of the 3rd Criminal Division Court, denied all the appeals filed by National Brewery confirming the action of protection issued last year by Pedro Iriarte, constitutional judge from the 12 ° Civil Court.

Guevara, confirmed that the Industrial Relations Minister, Richard Evans, violated the rights which recognize and guarantee the several articles of the: Constitution, Universal Declaration of Human Rights, International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and the American Convention on Human Rights.
