Negotiations between Israel and Palestine continues today and tomorrow
The new round of indirect talks between Israelis and Palestinians, with Egyptian mediation, will be held today and tomorrow in Cairo, said the head of the delegation of Palestinian factions to Ahmed Azam.
Azam assured last night, in statements to reporters that at previous meetings “reached an agreement on the release of the Gaza strip and the opening of border crossings, and now will have to negotiate the implementation” of these measures.
He also announced to be convened for next September an international conference in Egypt for the reconstruction of Gaza, result of “the aggression of the occupation,” Israeli, and with the participation of all stakeholders and international donors.
For its part, the Security Council of the UN will address tomorrow the situation in the Middle East with the aim to consolidate the ceasefire and advance in a comprehensive solution to the war in Gaza.
