Observations on Public Service Organic Law
Richard Espinosa, Ministry of Labor Relations commented yesterday that in Guayaquil some observations were made on the National Assembly regarding the corrections made to the Public Service Organic Law.
“Everything that has been said in the Assembly (government and opposition) will be placed on the rules, but if you want greater security by putting a level of law, we have no objection to that.” Espinosa added to clarify references like the bonds of State.
“The Public Service Organic Law doesn’t need reforms to achieves its objectives, it doesn’t requires to modify any derogative”, expressed the Ministry of Defense of that act that caused the strife with the National Police and the Armed Forces (FF.AA), whose actions ended with an uprising of hundreds of members.
The salary of FF.AA was not raised, however some inequities were corrected, something that the budget could not do before the approval of the law. Espinosa didn’t rule out the act for the Police and the FF.AA since there is still misinformation.
