Odebrecht had appointments in the Vice Presidency

The investigation of the Odebrecht case will conclude on Sunday, October 1 and the Public Prosecutor’s Office is accelerating the process. This week, former officials linked to works in strategic sectors will give their version of the facts. The Prosecutor’s office will translate the expert reports sent by the US criminal assistance.

Prosecutor Carlos Baca had advanced that this is “relevant information of the movements that made in the computer system of Odebrecht.” In these days, judicial proceedings have also focused on Vice President Jorge Glas, one of 18 people prosecuted for illicit association.

Investigators are trying to clarify Glas’s relationship with his uncle, Ricardo Rivera, and their implications with Odebrecht. (I)
