The Pacari company was recognized with 28 awards by the International Chocolate Awards, Round of the Americas, held in New Jersey, US. The International Chocolate Awards is the only competition at a global level that recognizes excellence and supports companies that produce fine chocolate products.
Santiago Peralta, the founder of the brand, received the new awards on behalf of more than 3,500 local farmers who work in this endeavor. “The greatest gratification is that the world recognizes that Ecuador not only produces the best cocoa in the world but its people are able to create the best chocolates,” Peralta said. Pacari products are made of biodynamic cocoa, an exclusive attribute of this brand commercialized in more than 40 countries. (I)
