Panamanian law firm works in Ecuador through two ways

“The Mossack Fonseca International Group has done business in Ecuador for more than two decades ago in a direct way. As such, it has generated a portfolio of customers, which is unknown to me and the office I represent, and who are directly assisted from Panama.” These are the words of Pablo Paredes Larrea, legal representative of Dockston Services, the law firm that represents the Panamanian Mossack Fonseca firm in Ecuador.
In a letter to this newspaper, he made clear that his relationship with this firm is only for the use of its brand, since 2007. “Therefore, neither I nor my company (…) we have some kind of society or shareholding component in Mossack Fonseca International, MF Treasurer or Mossack Fonseca Panama.”
