Panchana Asks $ 1000 To Barcelona Fans

Rolando Panchana, PAIS Assemblyman, said yesterday during a press conference, he will not accept invitations to join the yellow directory. This is the way Panchana began the presentation of what he called  the Torero Club “emergency and salvation plan”, whose main purpose  is to declare year 2011 as the “supporters and partners committed to Barcelona”  year and an opportunity to reform the institutional status.

Due to lack of liquidity inside the soccer team, Panchana suggested a kind of collection. “Anyone who wants to join the Barcelona bailout can just pay $ 1 per day once, either by cash or credit card. In three years we will have $ 1,095, in four $ 1,460, and in five will be $ 1825,” said Panchana, who added that donors, through their contribution, will be able to become partners at Barcelona Club.

“With that we would have at least over $ 1,000 in the worst of the cases and more than $ 1,500 in the best”. The money will go to the “institutional strengthening of the team,” an account with “public oversight, ” he added.

“Plan Salvation” author, said  that in exchange of donations all new members may vote in the next year elections, but may not be candidates.

Harb said yesterday at Radio City, if Panchana “has any plans to work directly on Barcelona’s real needs, it will be welcome his contribution and the one from any Barcelona fan who wants to join forces.”
