Posted On 08 Oct 2012
Recently Silvia Delgado, president of the Prosecutor Commission of the Assembly and member of Socialist Party, pointed out that the credit of $800,000 given without guarantees to Gaston Duzac is the responsibility of the board of COFIEC bank. She added that the report would be ready for the upcoming November 13.
Salgado stated that Pedro Delgado couldn’t be called to a political trial against the Trust and member of the Management Unit because it’s of public right. However, he has been called the upcoming Thursday to give his testimony before the Prosecutor Commission of the Assembly.
According to the Constitution, Delgado can’t be judged because he is the delegate of his cousin the Ecuadorian president Rafael Correa. AV
