Phase two of the “Ruta Viva” in Quito will be ready for December

The road “Ruta Viva” to the Airport will be ready in six months: December. The infrastructure is built, It has six lanes, three in each way, but lack level the road, asphalting and lighting.
On Ruta Viva, the first phase of 5.5 kilometers is enabled since December 2013. Between Auquitas-La Primavera exchanger and Lumbisi access there is a way of six lanes, three in each way.
According to the Metropolitan Public Enterprise of Mobility and Public Works (Epmmop for its Spanish acronym) the stretch of phase two registers a progress of 22.90%, The infrastructure construction of the river San Pedro´s bridge is ready, whilethe Chiche´s bridge has a progress of 74.59%.
