Political interference in the judiciary power in case of land invasion of the Transmabo company by the Astiesmar company

The Astiesmar company is illegally occupying land owned by the Transportes Maritimos Bolivarianos SA (Transmabo) company, located in General Francisco Robles Street, in front of the Guayas River, in the Ximena parish.

 On January 27 at 9:30 it was scheduled that 2nd Police NCO Angel Salazar and Judicial Depositary Federico Cuadrado comply with the eviction of the Astiesmar company, ordered in trial # 2014-51032.

 But two alleged officials of the Interior Ministry paralyzed the constitutional warrant of eviction ordering the two policemen to withdraw immediately.

 The employees called the administrators who came to the scene and exposed their views, they also contended that in any part of the Consititucional Court´s resolution it was stipulated that a civil judge orders the eviction of the place.
