President Correa admits Alvaro Noboa speaks several languages

President Rafael Correa said during his Weekly Address No 444 that businessman Alvaro Noboa is a polyglot (10:46 AM), and also commented that Noboa would get the highest grades if he was a student nowadays according to the new reforms in education (11:44 AM) hinting at his past school years, when he was an outstanding student.
