Prosecutor cites Fernando Alvarado and Natalie Cely by case MCSquared

The General Attorney has called to Communications Secretary Fernando Alvarado and Ecuador’s ambassador in USA, Natalie Cely, to give their version in the preliminary investigation carried out by the contract with the agency MCSquared PR.

MCSquared was hired by Communication Secretariat (SECOM) for communication services and government propaganda in the United States for $ 6.4 million.

Alvarado will present their version on October 21 and Cely ambassador should do the 27. While Maria del Carmen Garay and Jean Paul Borja, MCSquared members of the firm, will be declared on October 20.
