PSC-MG denounce alleged electoral fraud
The party members Cinthia Viteri, Carlos Vera, Andrés Roche and Susana Gonzalez, denounce an alleged fraud in the Guayas delegation. They claim that they are been “robbed” of votes in District 2 and that candidate Daniel Cuellar is being affected.
Cinthia Viteri declared, “Of the 171 votes that we gathered, the CNE only upload 30“.
Andres Roche, trustee attorney of Madera de Guerrero, in a communication addressed to the President of the Election Board of Guayas, Dr. Mayra Gallegos, denounce that the ballots with the results of the party in the province of Guayas are being held, both for National and Provincial Assembly members.
In District 2 , 5,065 ballots have been entered out of 6,169, ie, 82.10% of the votes. The moment that the 17.90% of votes enter, Roche says, the list 6-Madera de Guerrero, in the clearest way, will get the second Provincial Assembly member, Daniel Cuellar Araujo.
Roche also stated that when entering the 13.15% of votes remaining for National Assembly members in Guayas, the lists PSC6-MG will exceed 10% of votes on a national scale and, it will get the second national assembly member, Carlos Vera Rodriguez.
The Social Cristianos state that the CNE is publishing distorted information on its official website, which does not reflect the reality of the voting process. They warn that they will not allow them to take away two seats for Assembly members legally chosen by the people, and if necessary, they will take legal actions, including international bodies.
