Yesterday afternoon, Montañita Beach lived the closing party of the Reef Classic 2012 tournament, where prizes were awarded to the best surfers in this edition.

Martin Perez Uruguayan surfer, winner of the Open, was awarded $ 5000. Janir Perez (Costa Rica), Gabriel Escudero (Puerto Rico) and Anthony Fillingim (Costa Rica) were in the three remaining places.

In Juniors, the winner was Lucas Madrid, from Uruguay, while Derek Gomez (Venezuela), Antony Fillingin (Costa Rica) and Noemar Magonaga (Costa Rica) occupied the second, third and fourth position respectively.

The women category winner was Peruvian Anali Gomez. Ecuadorian representatives, Doménica Barona and Cristina Vargas ranked the 2nd and 3rd post.
