Yesterday, the Supercom called on citizens to approach throughout the day a point of information in El Jardin Mall (north of Quito). While this was happening, Fernando Alvarado, Communications Secretary, participated in a conference on the validity and application of the LOC, for the 40th anniversary of the Sonorama Radio Station. He shared the microphone with Rafael Cuesta, director of News of Canal Uno.

During 43 minutes, Alvarado gave a sort of work report on changes that have been made in the field of communication since President Rafael Correa came to power.
