Remains of Marina and Maria Jose arrive today to Mendoza

Relatives of Maria Jose Coni and Marina Menegazzo picked up this morning the bodies of the young women from the Forensic Medical Center and took them to the Jose Joaquin de Olmedo Airport, of Guayaquil, to then repatriate them to Mendoza, Argentina.
The entrance of the bodies to the boarding area of the airport occurred at approximately 03:00 yesterday, six hours before the departure of the flight to Buenos Aires, with a stopover in Santiago de Chile, reported the relatives. However, they expected to arrive to Mendoza at 09:00 of this Thursday.
The bodies of the tourists, killed in the Montañita commune, in Santa Elena, stayed more than a month in Ecuador. Their relatives followed here the investigative process, hoping to clear their doubts over the circumstances of the double murder.
