Rescuers continue to work for communities affected by Typhoon

Philippine rescuers work from earlier in the morning to help thousands of people trapped since last Thursday, on the roofs of their homes after typhoon “Nesat” and “Nalgae” more than 1.5 meters in depth which have resulted in some 55 deaths.

The Meteorological Service (Pagasa), said “Nalgae” left the Philippines today and warned that the rains will continue and will continue feeling the effects for days with floods and mudslides on the slopes of the mountains.
