Pensioners of the Social Security Institute of the Armed Forces (ISSFA) Wednesday filed an injunction before the Civil Judicial Unit of Pichincha against Defense Minister Ricardo Patino, and the manager of the Central Bank.

Retired military announced a national mobilization for Thursday.

With an “Out Correa out, out Correa out” shout, the retired military marched this morning towards the judiciary unit of the capital to reject the debit of $ 41 million from the ISSFA account made by the Ministry of Finance. This amount was later accredited into the Ministry of Environment´s account.

Yesterday, ISSFA pensioners came out from the Military Circle in Quito and walked through the Orellana and Amazonas avenues towards the Civil Judicial Unit, where they filed an injunction after the intransigent debit, which was announced yesterday by Minister of Defense Ricardo Patino, and this morning was confirmed via Twitter, by President Rafael Correa.
