Roberto Manrique will be an apostle in Spanish film

The Ecuadorian actor, Roberto Manrique is recording in Spain the film Santiago apostle.

Manrique will interpret to Juan in the film directed by Mexican Alan Coton. The actor prepared in Colombia with a theologian who holds a doctorate in apostle John and several books published on the subject.

The film tells the story of Santiago from his birth until his death and will be starring the Argentine Julián Gil.

“For me, beyond any dogma of faith, it is very pleasant and meaningful to have the privilege of giving life to a story where lives a message as powerful as ‘love one another’, words that John said almost repeatedly in his old age, suggesting that are synthesized the great teaching of his master”, noted Manrique.
