Romney Consolidates his Lead in Primaries
Mitt Romney’s stature as a presidential candidate yesterday grew in the states of Wisconsin, Maryland and the District of Columbia where he won without any problem in Republican primaries that have left in dire straits to his nearest contender, former Senator Pennsylvania, Rick Santorum.
Former Massachusetts Gov. has 600 of the 144 delegates needed.
“President Obama believes he is doing a job. He has gone so far when he compared himself to Abraham Lincoln. But we all know he has lost touch with reality.” Romney promised to rebuild the productive, social and corporate America once he gets to the Oval Office of the White House.
Santorum suffered the most severe damage in Wisconsin where the bastions of conservatism turned their backs and voted for his contender Romney, convinced that he alone will be able to beat Obama in the November elections. (LO)
