Samsung disagrees on the Galaxy Tab Sales Veto in the U.S.

This morning, Samsung Electronics Company expressed disappointment after a California court rejected its request to suspend the precautionary ban on sales of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablets in the U.S.

The Company stated: “However, we will maintain an appeal to the measure” (which temporarily prohibits the marketing of the tablet in the entire U.S.).

This injunction was issued last June 26, after Apple posted a bail of $ 2.6 million which serves to compensate Samsung if the injunction is canceled after the judiciary process.
