Samsung showed the QLED technology that will arrive in Ecuador in June

The Old Town of Panama was the site chosen for the launch of Samsung’s latest development in the entertainment segment: the QLED technology.
We are witnessing an update that is summed up in better image quality, thanks to the refined metal Quantum Dot technology. According to Seong Hyun Lee, president of Samsung Electronics Latin America, QLED TV aims to redefine the category and give way to the new era of television, mainly focused on three key points: Q Picture, Q Smart, and Q Style.
In terms of image (Q Picture), the South Korean brand said that with this new technology, it will be possible to have better image quality and color accuracy regardless of the increase in brightness. Another important point is that these devices increase their brightness between 1,500 and 2,000 nits, surpassing 1,000 of the SUHD range.
The QLED TV will be available since June in its flat and curved Q7 and Q8 versions.
