Serrano Murderers are Without Attorneys

Four of the five detained in the murder of Juan Antonio Serrano, brother of the Minister of Interior, Jose Serrano, do not have attorneys. Over 20 lawyers have denied their work to defend them.

During last Sunday hearing of the charges formulated against Angel Aguilar, 21, and the brothers Jose and Martin Molina did have public attorneys, while Javier Ortega and Fausto Gordillo had particular lawyers but they one of them has left the case.

Ruth M., mother of Angel Aguilar believe in his innocence since his son worked in an electric supplies company, according to her the detained were his friends and they never went to the party with the intention to kill. Ruth now fears for the life of his son since no lawyer will work on his case.

A DNA study will be made in order to properly identify the killer of Juan Antonio Serrano. AV
