Spain Asks for Help for its Banks

Spain will assist this Saturday to the rescue fund of the European Union (EU) to seek help for its banks.
President of Spain, MarianoRajoy said on Thursday that in order to make a decision he needs the report on Spanish banks which will be presented by the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and also the results of the tests obtained by two independent auditors on the financial sector, which will arrive about two weeks later.
These reports will set the capital the financial institutions need to confront the remaining holes in them because of the real estate bubble burst. (MZ)
