Spanish Protests in Puerta del Sol Surppased Time Limit
The demonstration movement known as the outraged surpassed the expectations when they returned to the streets a year later after the movement started. Over a hundred of these activists took the main streets of the main cities in Spain. In Madrid the four marches organized filled the Puerta del Sol with thousands of demonstrators.
The demonstrations in Puerta del Sol turned illegal when the demonstrators did not leave after the time limit set by a Government Delegation. Over 1,500 riot police officers sent by the Interior Minister, had the order of detain any illegal actions, however there were no incidents reported due to the playful nature of the demonstrations.
The outraged complained about the dictatorship of the markets, and the threats over the State. The protesters had banners that said, “Helped banker, compensated thief.” (AV)
